Job Type: Term-time only, Permanent
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Shift patterns to be discussed
Salary: up to £22,942 per annum dependant on experience
Location: BS35 area of Bristol
As a Chef Manager, your responsibilities will be:
To lead by example and guide your team to provide high quality and healthy meals.
To plan and prepare meals in line with company recipes.
To ensure all members of staff adhere to Food Safety and Health and Safety regulations.
To organise and supervise your team through the preparation of meals, ensuring the highest standard.
The ideal Chef Manager:
Has previous experience of managing a kitchen environment, preferably in a school setting.
Is a fully qualified Chef.
Has good knowledge and is aware of all allergens.
Must have a DBS check, this is required to obtain this role.
