Client Services Director
Job Type : Temporary, Full Time
Salary : £45000 – £60000/annum
Excited to be partnering with this Social Media company based in Birmingham, with their continued growth (many of the city's local businesses are their clients) they are now seeking a Client Services Director.
The role will entail the day-to-day running of the business and to be an integral part of the new business development.
The company was established in 2015 and is located in the heart of Birmingham City Centre. In this managing position, you will be required to be office-based three days a week alongside the rest of the creative team of 10.
The managing director is seeking an experienced Client Services manager / Director to take responsibility for social media executives, content Creators, and account managers.

• Support the Managing Director with the delivery of presentations and new business pitches to existing and potential clients
• Grow relationships with external bodies to win new business
• Use networking skills at events to seek out new business opportunities
• Recruit and retain high calibre employees, that reflect the companies
Social Media brand and deliver industry leading content and results
• Ensure inductions are scheduled for each new employee, with regular performance reviews
• Encourage and recognise outstanding team and individual performance to increase team and individual morale
• Identify training and development needs, offering the opportunity for team members to reach their full potential
Leadership
• Provide inspiration for the team, by sharing the vision of the Managing Director, having clear expectations and leading by example
• Take the lead in managing events to the highest standard of guest experience and organisation
• Support and drive the business strategy set out by the Managing Director and Finance Director
