Our current client is known as one of the City’s finest hotels and are now in a position to hire experienced and capable Supervisor level staff to work alongside the current team to cement the hotels place as a great part of the Derry Hospitality market.

Food and Beverage Assistant Restaurant Manager
Food and Beverage Assistant Conference and Banqueting Manager
In both positions your role wil be to support the department manager in overseeing the daily operations of the division. You will manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, maintain inventory levels, and implement policies and procedures.
Experience/Qualifications Required:
You should be competent and confident with significant relevant experience gained in a 3 /4+ star hotel environment at a similar level.
