Job Type : Permanent, Full Time

Salary : £30000 – £35000/annum Plus Service Charge

Experienced Sous Chef needed in a busy hotel and restaurant near Penzance.

You will be working alongside a well respected Head Chef, and will be responsible for running the kitchen in his absence.

The successful candidate will be capable of running all sections, and will be able to help lead a strong and passionate team.

This is a high volume venue, so previous experience in busy kitchens is essential.
