Chef Manager – Secondary Education – Bradford – 40 hours per week – £25,000 per annum – term time only (40 weeks)
My client is a world leading facilities company which also offers catering to the Education sector.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and dedicated Catering Manager to manage a busy catering contract within a secondary school in its entirety. This is a Halal catering menu.
The successful candidate will be responsible for approximately 1000 children are provided with healthy and delicious meals in a strict timeframe. The school offers a Halal Catering menu, is cashless and has a mixture of free meals. Occasional buffets and training days catering is required.
You will be a motivated individual who can work closely with your team to ensure an excellent service is provided at all times.
Ideally you will have previous experience of successfully cooking for large numbers in a very busy Education contract. You will have a solid cheffing background and you will be up to date with current food trends. Experience within the Education sector is essential as is team building experience, financial awareness and client relationships. Experience of working with teenagers would be advantageous and this can be a challenging environment.
This is a Monday to Friday position, term time only, £25,000 per annum – 7am start
