PRACTICE ACCOUNTS MANAGER. RECfinancial are currently working exclusively for this Leicestershire market leading based Practice as it looks to recruit a new Accounts Manager to their growing business. This role is pivotal in their plans for the future and you join at an exciting time.
What are they looking for as the Accounts Manager?
Ideally you'll be fully qualified but our client will also consider candidates that have demonstrable experience as a QBE. Experience in managing a varied portfolio of clients is key.

What does the Accounts Manager role look like?
* Managing a small team of Accounts staff
* Managing a varied portfolio of clients
* Preparation of sole traders, partnerships and limited companies
* Solid knowledge of Tax and preparing Tax computations
* Review of client accounts
* Client meetings and reviews
* Budget handling
* Ad hoc duties
What are we looking for as an Accounts Manager?
* Ideally Fully qualified ACA / ACCA or QBE
* Demonstrable experience in a similar role
* Have excellent attention to detail and thrive on exceeding client expectations
* Be commercially focussed with the ability to deliver innovative solutions
* Be focussed on self-development as well as having the desire to coach, mentor and develop fellow colleagues
