A family owned, centrally located Telford based company is looking for a Sales Administrator to join its happy and friendly team.

The successful candidate would be required to deal with telephone and emailed orders and enquiries, provide quotations and send general information to customers. Hours of work are 9-5 Monday to Thursday and 9-1 Friday. There is also occasional work on occasional Saturday mornings.

Responsibilities

* Sales department Administration

* Checking all quotations and payments

* Pre-check delivery with customers

* reviewing Sales emails

* Check all Order documentation.

* Answering telephones

* liaising with Logistics on customer deliveries

* Build sheets check.

* Filing and emailing

Requirements

* Administration experience preferred.

* Good computer skills

* Ability to accurately generate quotes, orders and documents.

* A positive, polite, friendly and approachable attitude.

* Fantastic communication skills.

* Smart and presentable.

* Eye for detail

* Excellent time keeping.

* You will need to be able to work alone and as part of a team.
