This role is due to an internal promotion of someone we placed in the team last year! It’s a great opportunity to join this impressive manufacturer as a Sales Administrator in a very busy customer care team. This role does not involve any sales, you’ll be providing administrative support to the sales team.

About You
* You’ll have worked as an Administrator / Sales Administrator or Customer Care Agent in a manufacturing environment.
* You’ll be made of tough-stuff and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced role.
* It is a manufacturing environment so you you’ll be surrounded by lots of people all of the time; you may also need to make your presence known on the shop floor to discuss lead times or quality issues outlined by the customer.
* You will be the kind of person to bring solutions forward and work on your own initiative.
* You should be happy working on site every day in Glossop.
About The Job
* You will join as a Sales Administrator on a permanent basis. Full product and systems training will be provided.
* You’ll be expected to be onsite Monday to Friday – hybrid is not an option right now.
* It is a very busy role so you must be able to think on your feet and keep up with the pace!
* You’ll handle up to 200 inbound emails daily which are a mixture of queries and orders. You’ll then process around 80 orders.
* Dependent on the product ordered, the lead times can vary from next day delivery to c6 weeks.
* They work on SAP so you’ll need to be systems savvy.
* The Manager of this team will be around for a long time so there might not be progression prospects within this department, however there are opportunities available across the wider business which you will be encouraged to apply for.
* You’ll work Monday to Thursday 8am-5pm and Fridays 8am-4pm.
