Position: Kitchen Assistant (Temporary)
Location: A College in Mid Essex – close to Chelmsford City
Start Date: ASAP
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 2:00 pm
Duration: Starting immediately and lasting until at least December 19, 2024
Pay Rate: £12.85 – £13.00 per hourResponsibilities:
Food Prep and Service: Assisting in the preparation and serving of meals.
Dishwashing and Cleaning: Ensuring cleanliness by washing dishes, maintaining the kitchen during service, and performing deep cleaning as necessary.Requirements:
Enhanced DBS Check: Must be valid within the past 3 months or registered on the Update Service.
Relevant Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, such as a kitchen porter, is required.
Food Hygiene Level 2: Desired but not mandatory.
This role could be a great fit for someone with kitchen experience and a passion for keeping things organized and clean in a fast-paced environment.
