Job Title: Care Navigator

Starting: ASAP

Duration: Approximately 3 months

Hours:

Mon, Tue, Wed & Fri 2 – 6-30

Thurs 8.30 -12.30

Location: Barnet, North London

Duties:

* Booking, cancelling and re-scheduling appointments

* Processing E-Consultations

* Processing simple prescriptions

* Answering calls

* Logging patient details

Essential:

* Emis Web experience

Desirable: ​

* Smart card holder
