This is a professional, challenging yet exciting role working within a busy environment.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy, whilst also delivering first class service levels. An eye for detail, excellent IT skills including Excel, being organised with the ability to self-manage are all critical to the success in this role. Being comfortable working in a team environment is also essential as well as have ability to operate at pace on day-to-day activities as well as ad hoc requirements.

This role requires a progressive thinker that takes action at the right time in the right manner with passion for delivery and results. This is an excellent opportunity to work in partnership with the team to develop a successful ONE Team engaging culture

Responsibilities include

To be able to work to KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) so that the department meets its objectives

Creating and maintaining Excel reports and spreadsheets

Daily management of Sales Orders for On Time In Full (OTIF) delivery updating MRP system to reflect lead-times and achievable deliveries

Maintain ZDSO (Zero Dollar Sales Orders) request

Creates and releases Work Orders, with adherence to completion dates, component and capacity availability, and any other resource issues needed to support on-time delivery to internal and external customers

Collaborate with various departments to ensure a cohesive & efficient plan and process is followed

Monitor and report on project timelines, identifying potential delays or bottlenecks and proposing solutions to mitigate risks

Maintain Production Plan to make sure jobs run efficiently and are completed on time to meet customer expectations

To carry out any other work or task determined to be within your level of competence, to meet the needs of the business.

Experience /Skills required

Excellent organisational and IT skills (Word/Excel/Outlook, Power Point etc) with confidence working on spreadsheets

Understanding of production processes (system and shop floor)

Methodical working style

Experience /Skills desired

Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles
