Industrial Waste Facilities Manager

Our prestige client based at the heart of kent is looking for a competant experienced facilities manager dealing with the day to day running of there prestige on site location in kent.

You will provided industrial services to resolve customer’s problems, both short term and long term. Whether it’s a temporary fix or a more permanent arrangements

All work must be carried out to fit with compliant regulations providing bespoke, personal, quality service using skilled operators who have a range of industry knowledge, you will have experience and knowlwdge of SHEQ – Health ,Safety and Enviromental polices and procedures .

As the manager you will liase and arrange:

* Industrial Cleaning – cleaning services on industrial areas and sites.

* Labour Supply – supply of trained personnel and operators for a variety of jobs including emergency call outs.

* Site Waste Clearance – removal and disposal of site waste including fly-tipped waste.

* Events Support Services – emergency event support or pre-planned services for event assistance.

* Emergency Solutions – reactive management services and emergency solutions.

* Landscape Maintenance Services – soft and hard landscaping services.

* Waste Management, Recovery and Disposal – solutions to assist in waste management, recovery, recycling, landfill diversion and disposal.

* Plant Hire and Transport – hire of plant machinery and organisation of transport solutions.

Monday to Friday with over time on weekend as and when required

47.5 hour week

7am – 6pm

Salary DOE

Company vechicle provided – must have clean licence no more than 3 points

Death in service
