Responsibilities:

As a Kitchen Porter, you will assist in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in the kitchen and production areas. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Following instructions and communicating any issues to the Chef Supervisor or Management.

* Ensuring compliance with Critical Control Points (CCP) and completing day-to-day checks.

* Maintaining a clean and sanitized kitchen, including food preparation areas and equipment.

* Cleaning and washing ovens, stoves, and other equipment, with weekly deep cleaning of cooking equipment.

* Ensuring the kitchen area is free from waste and daily records are completed.

* Following chemical instructions for cleaning and maintaining health and safety standards.

* Adhering to strict hygiene and uniform protocols, including wearing safety boots, hair nets, gloves, and disposable protective wear.

* Fostering a positive and professional working environment with co-workers.

Candidate Requirements:

* Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

* Ability to work evening shifts with a weekday off in lieu when work Saturdays.

* Willingness to comply with health and safety standards, including wearing protective uniforms.

* Team-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.

* Prior experience in a kitchen or production environment is an advantage but not essential.

* End of shift transport can be considered if necessary

Remuneration:

Indicative hourly wage in the range of 13-16 €/Hr, and the finer details will be discussed with the successful candidate.
