Assistant Site Manager required by leading developer to work on a large new build project in Essex.

Location: Essex

Salary: to £45k + Package + 24% Bonus

Assistant Site Manager required by leading developer to work on a large new build project in Essex.

The project will consist of 500 units for private sale and is currently delivering its first 200 flats.

The successful individual will be required to manage subbies, push programme, adhere to H&S and general day to day site activities while reporting to a Senior Project Manager.

You must have previous experience of working on residential schemes and a proactive and hungry attitude.

Immediate start offered for the right individual although with genuine progression to Site Management
