Position: Senior Site Manager – Housing – New Build
Location: Ware, Hertfordshire
Salary: To £70,000 + Package
Senior Site Manager required by leading residential contractor to report to a Project Manager on £21 million RC Frame podium and traditional build residential scheme in Ware, Hertfordshire.
The project consists of 100 units.
Company Overview: Our client is a leading contractor with a full order book. They deliver affordable housing in the South East and pride themselves on the quality of their end product and customer satisfaction.
Project: 100 unit RC frame affordable housing scheme in Ware, Hertfordshire .
Position: We require a Senior Site Manager to manage the build of the project reporting to a Project Manager. This project is being carried out on a Design & Build contract.
Individual: The successful individual will be fully responsible for the build and previous experience on RC frame sites.
You will have a good track record of delivering new build schemes,
