Job Title: 1st Line Support Technician

Salary: £27,000 – £32,000

Location: Redhill (own transport essential due to location)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Customer Communication: Be the first point of contact for inbound customer communication, ensuring exceptional service.

Service Management: Create, manage, and resolve service cases within the IT Service Management tool.

Toolset Enhancement: Develop knowledge bases, customer guides, and processes.

Technical Proficiency: Gain a deep understanding of small & medium business IT solutions, such as Microsoft Windows, Office 365, networking, virtualization, software updates, and backup technologies.

What You’ll Bring:

Service Experience: Ideally have worked in a service-based role (IT), with a passion for the sector.

People Skills: A love for helping others, with kindness, compassion, fairness, and transparency.

Communication Confidence: Skilled in communicating with people, valuing interaction highly.

Flexibility: Comfortable with working (paid) overtime periodically, as is the nature of IT.

Organisational Ability: Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
