Account Administrator

Trilogic Recruitment are representing a Large Sign Manufacturer based in a lovely location in Abingdon, Oxfordshire. Due to further expansion, they are looking to recruit an Account Administrator/Executive to support the Account Manager and Project Manager.
Position Overview:
As an Account Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the account management team and ensuring smooth operations in client accounts. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with both internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management Support:
Assist Account Executives in managing client accounts, including order processing, tracking, and invoicing.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
Generate and distribute reports on account status, orders, and payments.
Client Communication:
Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Coordinate with clients to gather necessary information for orders and projects.
Communicate order status updates and delivery schedules to clients.
Administrative Tasks:
Prepare and process orders, ensuring accuracy in product details, quantities, and pricing.
Assist in creating and maintaining project schedules and timelines.
Support in maintaining inventory levels and coordinating with production and procurement teams.
Invoicing and Financial Administration:
Generate and send invoices to clients in accordance with established terms and agreements.
Track and manage accounts receivable, following up on outstanding payments as needed.
Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct quality checks on orders to ensure they meet client specifications and company standards.
Document and address any discrepancies or issues with production or delivery.
Requirements
Proven experience in administrative or account support roles, preferably in a B2B environment.
Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software
