Our client in Leicester is looking for two Account managers to join their growing team! These roles will look after several of the companies largest clients! This is a great opportunity for an experienced customer facing Project Manager or Account Manager.
These guys are a market leader in supply of Retail POS/POP within the temporary and permanent display industry.
The Role:
* Overall management of particular, large accounts. This role will be their one point of contact!
* Working closely with internal and external departments
* Ensuring service level expectations are exceeded
* Problem solving and ensuring client orders are finished on time and to a high standard
* Face to face client meetings
* Upselling and maximizing sales
* Ensuring client service level is kept above expectations
* Basic administration
* Working on complex projects
About you:
* Experience working in Customer service
* Experience in similar industries
* Ability to work on complex projects or multiple at once
* Attention to detail
* Great communication skills
* Positive attitude
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
Working Hours: 8am – 5pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum
Location: Leicester
