Account/ Project Manager
Our client, an award-winning digital development agency are recruiting for an Account/ Project Manager to join its rapidly expanding team. The business is going through a period of growth and positive change, with their ambitious and ever-growing nature, are seeking a truly talented individual to develop and manage clients accounts to ensure their requirements are met.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in account management and well-versed in managing client projects for new and growing businesses. You will need to be extremely organised, and enjoy being part of a wider team who are focused on problem solving for the business's clients. Communication skills are a must to be able to really pick apart client requirements, turning those into briefs for departments across the business.
Responsibilities
To build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for appointed clients
To manage the delivery and profitability of projects across your accounts
To work with the full project team to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
To manage client projects, from briefing through to delivery and reporting
To brief and liaise with the design and web development teams
To manage clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring they are kept fully informed
To lead client review meetings
To adhere to internal accounting/reporting procedures for billing and time management
