Accounts Assistant

Salary : £20000 – £24000/annum + Benefits
We are recruiting exclusively for an Accounts Assistant for an SME company based near to Leicester City Centre. This is a permanent, full-time position and our client is looking to recruit an experienced finance candidate who enjoys working within a transactional role.
Accounts Assistant duties:
* Purchase ledger – processing of supplier invoices
* Variance analysis
* Matching invoices to purchase orders, recording goods received notes
* Sales Ledger
* Posting and reconciling credit cards
* Reconcile bank statements
* Resolving queries on purchase invoices
* Preparing supplier payment runs
* Supplier statement reconciliations
Monday – Friday Hours 09.00am – 5.00pm (Flexible working hours is available)
Salary £20,000 – £24,000. + Benefits, 20 days holiday + stats, Free Parking + other benefits
