Salary : £25000 – £29000/annum

Isca Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting an Administration Assistant for a highly successful growing business near Exeter. The Administrator will be working in the operations department providing administrative support to Operations Manager and team.
This is a great opportunity for a proactive individual seeking to develop a career in administration, you’ll be undertaking administrative tasks such as:
* Updating customer records and handling customer emails and calls.
* Writing operational reports for the manager.
* Supporting with Health and Safety.
* Assisting with compliance documentation.
* Using Word and Excel.
* Ensure customers receive outstanding service and excellent value.
Salary: £22,000pa – £23,000pa
Benefits: 21 days holiday + bank holidays increasing with length of service, pension, free parking, support and development.
Hours: 8am – 4:30pm Mon – Fri
Location: Office based
Administration Assistant – The Person:
* The successful candidate will have a proactive, friendly personality and enjoy being in a busy, varied role.
* Strong verbal and accurate written communication skills are essential as you will be liaising with customers by phone and email as well as producing documents on behalf of the manager.
* Recent administration experience is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
* Current knowledge of Word and Excel.
* You will need to be organised and able to work using your own initiative.
Please note due to location you will need to have your own transport.
