Administrator
Job Type : Temporary, Full Time
Salary : £9.50/hour
My client is currently looking to hire an Administrator to provide cover for 3 months with an immediate start. Within the role you’ll act as the first point of contact for clients, responding to enquiries via phone, and providing support within the scope of your role.
The role offers a 37 hour working week (Monday to Friday) and £9.50 per hour.
Responsibilities include:
* Maintaining accurate records in accordance with organisational guidelines and procedures on internal databases
* Providing an excellent quality of customer service to clients, assisting, signposting, booking an appointment or referring them accordingly
* Maintaining electronic and manual appointment and referral systems
* Assisting the service team in the planning of campaigns, events and projects
* Other duties as can reasonably be expected within an Administrative role
The ideal candidate:
* Calm, empathetic manner with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* An understanding of GDPR legislation with the ability to safely and appropriately handle confidential information
* Keen attention to detail and accurate data inputting skills
* Previous experience in an Administrative role
