Typical duties will include:
• Co-ordinating printing, wallcharts, task cards and labels production internally and with external 3rd parties.
• Schedule field-based installation resource, working patterns and equipment for new and existing business including large scale corporate deployments.
• Coordinate meeting logistics, including reserving conference rooms, equipment setup, catering and creation of presentations and preparing meeting materials.
• E-mail inbox management and call handling of inbound queries from internal and external partners.
• Working with and on behalf of senior staff.
• Arranging training for field and office-based staff members.
• Onboarding new members of staff supporting all admin and personal equipment needs.
• Handle accurate processing of departmental invoices.
• Distribute reports to stakeholders
• Prepare and maintain, action item lists, issues lists and program plans; Escalate issues promptly.
• Ensure that all internal and external client needs are met
• Create, organise, and manage various SharePoint sites and shared drives, pulling reports and information from the systems.
