Job Description

Based at a manufacturing company you will be responsible for

* Printing and issuing documents from multiple sites to multiple departments

* Ensuring prioritised despatch dates are actioned and issued in a timely manner

* Credit checking – using SAGE and Creditsafe

* Producing pro forma invoices when necessary

* Acknowledging received payments and chasing payment when needed

* Photocopying and collating paperwork

* Corresponding with customers, suppliers and company departments using Email

* Filing paperwork

* Liaising with customers and suppliers regarding despatch & transport charges

* Organising waste and scrap collection

* Monitoring the stationery cupboard and completing monthly requisitions

* Greeting guests and looking after their needs whilst on site

* Monitoring diary for customer visits and preparing

* Reception cover for holidays and lunchtime

* Answer any telephone queries regarding credit accounts, internal and external

* Taking credit card payments over the phone

Candidate Profile

The ideal pweson for this role will be

* Outgoing, bubbly personality

* Highly communicative; willing to get hands on and get the job done

* Work successfully alone and also be part of a team

* Be able to take direction and prioritise workload

* IT / Computer skills

* Experience in a similar position

* Maintain a positive attitude at all times
