Job Title: Administrator and PPE Coordinator
Contract Dates: ASAP – 30/12/2023
Location: Kent
Rate: £12 P/H
The Administrator and PPE Coordinator will be responsible for the local region PPE and provide administration support to the Resource team.
This will be 37 Hours per week, Monday-Friday
Rate: £12 P/H
What are my responsibilities?
PPE Co-ordinator: –
* Issuing PPE to local region
* Being the main point of contact for all local region PPE requests and enquiries
* Processing PPE orders and deliveries
* PPE budget control
* Maintaining PPE stock and managing stock control
Resource Administrator: –
* Checking contractor certification end dates and chasing renewals
* Supporting the Resource Coordinators during busy periods
* General administration ad hoc duties
What do I need to qualify for this job?
* Good organisation skills
* Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Good personnel management skills.
* Good team player.
* Proactive and able to work under pressure and own initiative with minimal supervision.
* Reactive to requirements to ensure delivery deadlines and timescales.
* Able to demonstrate attention to detail.
* Strong desire to learn more and be proactive in picking up work.
* Can do attitude
* Ability to multitask and demonstrate a good level of organisational and communication skills
* Ability to work with limited supervision
* Confident communication skills
