Location: Kent & Medway Single Point of Access, Maidstone, ME14 5NZ
Pay: Band 3 – £13.22ph
Hours: 3 days 8am-4pm, 2 days 10am-6pm (Monday-Friday)
Contract: ASAP start required // Temporary ongoing contract
RESPONSIBILITIES: Covering general admin duties. Must be able to have difficult conversations with parents & professionals.
SKILLS/EXP REQUIRED:
* Excellent telphone manner
* Ability to deal with difficult situations
* Previous experience using RiO
