Salary : £20000 – £24000/annum Pension, Flexitime

An opportunity has arisen within this successful Hinckley based manufacturing company for full or part time Administrator to work within its engineering department.
THE ROLE
Reporting into the Engineering Manager, the role of Administrator will be a part time or full time role covering 30 or 36 hours a week on a flexible basis to suit. i.e. (9am -3pm or similar). You will be required to support the engineering function in relation to all of its administrative duties. Other duties include:

Process expenditure receipts and invoices to ensure costs get posted to the correct projects and cost centres. Close working with the purchasing and accounts department.

Creation of reports including hours and materials expenditure.
*
Accept incoming calls to the engineering department.
THE PERSON
In order to succeed in the role of Administrator you will need to have exceptional organisational and communication skills. You will ideally have experience of working within a technical, manufacturing or purchasing administration role and therefore have excellent IT skills.

* £20,000-£24,000 Basic (Dep on PT or FT Contract)
