Finlay Jude Associates are supporting a well-established Payroll Services Company in the Huddersfield area who are looking to recruit an Administrator.
The Administrator will be supporting a payroll team, however, no previous experience in payroll is required.
This is a temporary role which may lead to a permanent position for the right candidate.
Hours of work: Full Time – 9am till 5pm or Part Time – 9am till 3pm (School Hours / Monday to Friday)
Duties include:
* Working on specific Administration projects
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages
* Managing in-house systems
* Data entry
* Managing a busy email inbox
* General filing and Administration duties
What we are looking for:
* Have previous experience in a similar role
* Be well organised and able to prioritise workload
* Have excellent communication skills
* Be able to work well under pressure and to changing requirements
* Be accurate and have good attention to detail
