We are currently recruiting for an:
Administrator
Hours: 9am until 5pm
Monday to Friday
Salary: £21,000
Job Role:
We have a position available for an administrator based in Oldbury.
Our client is a non-for-profit organization and due to continued growth and expansion is looking to add further support within their office.
The role will include all forms of administration including:
* General administration duties
* Sorting post and managing correspondence
* Greeting clients / customers
* Taking and returning calls
* Manage a diary
* Book meeting rooms
* Excellent organization
* Manage databases and ensure filing is kept up to date
The successful candidate needs to have a minimum three years’ experience as an administrator
Skills required:
* Excellent time keeping
* Excellent attendance
* Excellent Customer Service
* Maintain positive relationships with colleagues and clients
* Good organizational Skills
* Adaptable to change
* Attention to detail
* Excellent IT Skills
* Excellent communication skills
