Administration Assistant

Full time

Salary: £23,796.00

Hours: 8:30 – 17:00

30 minutes lunch break

Office based – must be able to get to our Stevenage office everyday

Duties include;

1. Answering the phone

2. Managing the post

3. Scanning paperwork

4. Updating client database

5. Onboarding new clients

6. Completing new client packs

7. Forming limited companies

8. Preparing general letters as requested

9. Chasing clients for paperwork / information

10. General administration duties at HMRC

11. General administration duties at Companies House

12. Taking payments over the phone

13. Providing admin support to the team / accountants

Previous experience not essential as training will be given.

Good understanding of Microsoft Office applications

Strong organisational skills
