Job Purpose
Ensure that trucks for external sale and rental contracts are costed and processed on a timely and accurate basis, to enable effective business decisions to be made.
Person Specification
ESSENTIAL: A flexible team player and confident communicator, with good numeracy and accurate data entry skills, who is well organised and detail oriented.
DESIRABLE: Previous experience in the equipment rental industry. Autoline (previously called Kerridge) Vehicle Stock book (VSB) and / or Fleet Kompact software user. Not essential.
Key Tasks
* Track and monitor sales packs received by the VSB department; ensure that paper records are stored electronically on a timely basis.
* Analyse costings prepared by the sales team using the company standard protocol for authorisation
* Raise and resolve queries directly with the sales team, senior management, operations and VSB team
* Enter truck data into the Autoline VSB module, ensuring that all costings are correct and invoices are raised on a timely basis
* Set up, maintain and cancel rental contracts in Autoline Fleet Kompact software
* Set up customers in the CRM system
* Provide CRM record maintenance cover for service depots
* Provide cover for other VSB team members as and when required
* Raising PO for MCFE trucks onto Autoline
* Provide ad-hoc business information and reports relating to truck sales, costings and valuations as required
