We are on the lookout for temporary Administrators to work full time for a large company, this role is based in Aylesbury.
About the role:
As an Administrator, your duties include:
* Answering the telephone and responding to general queries
* Taking telephone referrals
* Transfer calls to appropriate departments
* Update spreadsheets
About you:
As Administrator, you will have:
* Telephone skills – Reception type calls
* Ability to work in a fats paced an busy environment
* Accurate typing information quickly
* IT experience with Word/Outlook
The details:
This is temporary position for 8-12 weeks from start date. We have 2 vacancies to fill both the same with only difference is just in working pattern. One will work 8:00-16:00 and the other 10:00-18:00.
