Salary : £18000 – £23000/annum

One of my key clients in the North West London area are seeking an Office Assistant with approximately 12-18 months experience behind them. They will also consider recent college / university leavers.

In this role you will report to the Office Manager who will train, develop and mould you and be an inspirational lead to growing with the business and aiding your career development.

Your key duties and responsibilities will include:

* Diary management

* Organising travel arrangements

* Handling all incoming phone calls

* Keeping office supplies stocked

* Preparing documents and brochures for meetings

* Welcoming clients and providing refreshments

* Keeping the office and meeting rooms in a tidy and presentable offer

* Accounts support – invoicing for marketing costs

* Personal duties and errands for the Senior Management team

* Various adhoc duties
