What are we looking for?

Abbey Liftcare is currently recruiting for an Administrator. The main goal of this role is to provide administration support for the team, performing a variety of tasks and delivering excellent customer service.

As an Administrator, you will:

* Be the main interface between our customers and Abbey Liftcare

* Have responsibility for general office duties including processing adhoc reports

* Ensure that internal and customer systems are kept up to date with accurate information

* Action insurance works and tasks, across multiple sites and accounts

* Dispatch calls to engineers, contacting customers with updates and updating customer portals as needed.

To be successful in this role you will:

* Be able to work to deadlines and manage your own time well

* Have excellent customer service skills

* Have good IT skills across MS Office, specifically Excel
