My client is a forward thinking, Nationally renowned Security and Communications company. Who specialize in design, installation, service and maintenance of integrated security systems. They are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Account Coordinator to join their team.
The Package
£26-28,000
Mon-Fri 8am – 5pm | Pension Scheme | Life insurance | 23 days’ holiday rising to 27 days | Birthday holiday
Main Responsibilities
* Schedule & oversee maintenance visits and allocate engineers
* Liaise with site engineers to ensure jobs are responded to
* Log, distribute & oversee reactive calls to engineers in line with SLAs/KPIs
* To act as customer liaison officer, communicating directly with end users
* Liaise with the customer to ensure all updates are communicated effectively
* process completed paperwork and action additional required where applicable
* ensure completed calls are costed in accordance with contract terms
* updating the Company’s maintenance software
* preparation of reports, letter and documentation
Knowledge and Experiences
* Good IT skills and familiarity with Microsoft packages are essential
* Excellent communication skills
* Be able to communicate and build successful working relationships with customers and other employees
* Administration qualification and industry knowledge would be beneficial
