Salary : £18000 – £25000/annum Pro Rata

An experienced Receptionist is required for a professional and beautiful workspace, based near Accrington.
OFFICE HOURS – 5 AFTERNOONS A WEEK (1:15 – 5:15pm)

We are looking for an experienced Receptionist to act as the first point of contact for customers both on the telephone and face to face in a busy reception area. Experience of handling high volume calls is essential.
We are looking for a friendly, professional and driven person who can offer a high level of service.
Key responsibilities:
* Answering the phone, ensuring excellent customer service is provided at all times
* Meeting, greeting and signing all visitors into the company
* Helping with taking deliveries and post at the front desk
* Scanning, filing documents, data input and general administration tasks
* Proactively assist other employees with workloads to ensure a smooth running of the office
Key skills: The ideal candidate would have the following skills.
* An organised individual with a keen attention to detail
* A proactive approach to problem solving
* Have a positive and "can do" attitude
* Be computer literate
* Familiar with Word, Excel and using email
