Salary in the region of £23K PA (negotiable depending on experience)

39 Hrs a week plus overtime

Temporary ongoing contract

Our client is one of the world’s leading suppliers of pumps, turbo-expanders and associated products to the gases and petrochemical industries.

They are looking for an Aftersales Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis upto around approx. 6months could go on longer.

The main responsibilities are:

Reception duties

Preparing and processing spare part quotations and orders

Processing of workshop repairs and site interventions

Shipping of orders, national and international

Communication with customers regarding quotations, orders and delivery schedules

Invoicing

Administrative support to Operations Manager, Contracts Co-ordinator and technicians.

Purchasing – Liaise with suppliers regarding purchase orders, local and international

Goods inwards duties

Competences :

Excellent administrative and communication skills

Ability to prioritise

Able to work independently or within a team

PC literate – competent in the use of Microsoft outlook, word, excel etc.

Knowledge of export procedures and incoterms preferable but not essential.

At least 5 x GCSE qualifications level A-C or equivalent.

Administrative experience preferably within the industrial sector
