Agency Chef
Job Type : Contract, Temporary, Full Time
Salary : £16 – £20/hour
We are looking for agency Cook's in Sunderland to support a nursing home multiple days a week throughout October.
You must have experience as a cook/chef and be comfotable running a kitchen.
The responsibilities of this role are;
* Provide a high standard or varied menus, reflecting individual dietary requirements, and ensuring nutritional value is monitored.
* To manage and order food stock.
* To maintain a clean and safe kitchen to a high standard.
* To work with the kitchen assistant in the preparation and serving of food.
* To cook breakfast lunch and dinner for 16 residents.
The rates we pay are;
Days: £16
Nights: £16
Weekend: £17
Bank holiday: £20
