Our client, a successful dealership is looking to expand their team with the addition of a Agricultural Field Service Engineer.
The Field Service Engineer role comes with a fantastic basic salary of up to £17p/h depending on experience.
Hours: 39

Field Service Engineer Key Responsibilities:
Repairing and maintaining machines on customers sites as required to ensure conformance with manufacturer’s specification
Accurately completing all relevant paperwork daily on a phone or tablet
Submitting daily timesheets and job cards
Accurately ordering your parts and working closely with the parts department
Working closely with the service supervisor
Carrying out inspections and repairs of machines at our depot as required – in conformance with manufacturer’s specification and any regulations affecting their use
Ensuring that there is no deficiency or defect likely to affect the safe working of a machine – and notifying appropriate manager of any defective or unsafe equipment
Minimum Requirements as a Field Service Engineer:
Minimum level 2 City & Guilds, NVQ or SVQ in Land Based Engineering (Essential)
Proven experience within the agricultural industry would be advantageous
Ability to diagnose faults and successfully carry out repairs which may be chargeable, warrantable or internal type jobs
Liaise with customers and suppliers as required
Complete in full the job cards relating to work undertaken including machine detail, time and mileage and any accompanying documentation such as PDI sheets, Delivery forms and Photo’s as necessary
Has the ability to work alone using your own initiative and as part of a team
Ability to adhere to health and safety practice and procedures at all times
Maintain a clean, tidy and safe work area within the workshop
Good general appearance
Self-motivated
Full clean driver’s licence
