Our client specialize in the maintenance and repair of farmyard machinery and light vehicles. We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Agricultural Service Engineer to join our dedicated team.
Role Overview:
As an Agricultural Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of various farmyard machinery and light vehicles. You will work both in the workshop and on-site, providing top-notch service to our clients in the agricultural sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct regular maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a range of agricultural machinery and light vehicles.
* Troubleshoot technical issues and perform repairs as needed.
* Provide exceptional customer service and advice to clients regarding equipment maintenance and operation.
* Maintenance and Repair of other associated Lights vehicles
* Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all work completed.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and developments in agricultural machinery.
* Collaborate with the team to improve processes and enhance service delivery.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in agricultural machinery maintenance and repair is highly desirable.
* Previous experience as a light vehicle mechanic
* Proficiency in working on light vehicles and understanding their systems.
* Relevant qualifications in mechanical engineering or agricultural technology preferred.
* Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* A valid driver’s license, and any necessary certifications or licenses for performing repairs.
