Agricultural Sales Manager

Here at Contract Personnel we are recruiting for an Agricultural Sales Manager in Benington. You will be working with a family-owned firm who supplies wide range of machinery, from garden mowers and chainsaws to combine harvesters and construction excavators. They also supply a selection of clothing, footwear, garden sundries and DYI countries.
Your role will include reporting directly to the Branch & Sales Manager. You will be responsible for the sales of Agricultural Machinery both new and used, including it’s associated equipment in a designated area. This will include working with brands such as New Holland, Lemken, Shelbourne Reynolds, Dalbo, KRM, Richard Western and many more.
Agricultural Sales Manager Essential Skills/Experience:
• Good knowledge of Agricultural industry and it’s equipment
• Proven sales, service or parts experience
• Excellent customer service skills both face to face and over the phone
• Target driven with the ability to upsell to achieve and exceed targets
• Be self-motivated and able to work under own initiative
• Has the ability to be influencing and persuading and able to close a deal
• Has the ability where necessary to demonstrate equipment
• Act with discretion when dealing with matters of a confidential nature
• Full clean driving licence
What's on offer:
• 42.5 hours per week – 8am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday (1 hour unpaid lunch)
• Additional hours may include Saturday’s
• Contract: Permanent, Full Time, Salaried
• Salary: £Competitive, depending on experience
• Company Vehicle, Bonus and Commission
