In the role, the graduate will be working closely with customers and clients of the company, representing the business on the first line.
This role would suit a graduate with knowledge or experience of cows and dairy.
The Role:
Provide support for clients on this businesses bespoke software.
Manage a team of helpdesk support agents.
Troubleshoot and overcome software issues with each day being different from the last.The Person:
Agriculture degree or similar.
Strong communication skills.
