Analyst Programmer
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £35000 – £45000/annum
We are looking to recruit an Analyst Programmer with a proven track record of software development.
Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Operations Director and Lean Manager, you will be responsible for
* Management of all IT related projects
* Provide guidance and recommendations to the business for future IT based projects
* Take the lead in establishing IT requirements within the business
* Design and implement all bespoke software projects
* Managing system testing and user acceptance testing for all new or updated software
* Documenting existing business and manufacturing processes, both IT and non-IT based
* Establishing and documenting new business and manufacturing processes
* Provide support and training for all bespoke software
* Sage administration and support
* Provide IT support for Windows and MS Office users.
Essential Skills
* 5 years experience in object oriented application development preferably with C#.
* 5 years experience with in relational database development, preferably with MS SQL Server.
Desirable Skills
* Windows forms
* WPF
* XAML
* MVVM
Desirable Experience
* Implementation of bespoke software in a manufacturing environment.
* Experience of ERP/MRP systems.
* Experience of specifying both IT based and non-IT based business and manufacturing processes
