An exciting opportunity has arisen as we are currently recruiting for an Arborist to work Monday to Friday 07:30 – 16:30 within the Mid Kent area.
This is a fantastic temp to perm opportunity for an experienced arborist who loves working outdoors and enjoys a hands-on role!
Duties for this position include:
Safely and efficiently operating specialised arboricultural equipment and tools
Implementing expert pruning and trimming techniques to promote optimal tree growth and aesthetics
Conducting thorough tree assessments to identify and address health issues, potential hazards, and necessary maintenance
Collaborating with the landscaping team to create and execute tree planting and maintenance plans
The successful candidate will have/ be:
Proven experience as an Arborist or similar role, with in-depth knowledge of tree biology and care.
Proficiency in using various arboricultural tools and equipment
Physical fitness and ability to work at heights, in various weather conditions
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork
Driving license and own vehicle (preferred but not essential)
An excellent understanding of health and safety guidelines
This role will involve the maintenance of outdoor spaces both residential and commercial – working outdoors in all weather conditions.
