Full time (shift work 4 on 4 off) | Royal London Pension | fee parking
Main Responsibilities
Working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (12hr shifts), our team provides an intelligent response to our customers covering alarm monitoring and reactive system faults by dispatching engineers to site.
* Provide CCTV monitoring services
* Provide Fire / Intruder alarm monitoring services
* Provide an Out of Hours Service Call-Out function in accordance with MFSG requirements
* To provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
Knowledge and Experiences:
* Prior experience in working in an ARC function
* Willingness to work shift patterns that may often include unsociable hours. Shift patterns will typically amount to an average of 42 hours per week.
* Experience of working on computers including MS Office and Windows
* An SIA Front Line Public Space CCTV Licence is desirable
