Salary : £30000 – £34000/annum
Area Manager – Education – Kent (Medway/Maidstone) – up to £34,000 depending on experience plus company car & fuel card – working 46 weeks
My client is an independent contract catering company who are passionate about providing an exceptional catering service to their clients.
An opportunity has arisen for an Area Manager to oversee approx. 16 units in the Medway/Maidstone area in Kent. You will also be involved in training staff and troubleshooting aswell as assisting with mobilisation of new contracts.
My client is looking for someone with previous Area/Group/Multisite management experience within the education sector. You will have a genuine passion for food , not necessarily be a qualified chef but you must be up to date with current food trends. You will be confident training new starters and existing staff aswell as having previous experience of increasing sales in units. You will also be confident attending client meetings and potential clients.
Ideally you will come from a quality focused education contract catering company and have multi site experience. Due to the nature of the role, you will ideally live within a commutable distance.
You will have effective communication skills and strong financial acumen.
My client is looking for someone who is able to drive the business forward and manage your units effectively.
