Salary : £40000 – £60000/annum

Demeter Ag are pleased to be working with an internationally known producer of organic fertiliser. Recruiting a Regional Manager for the Central South region.
The role will include:
* Managing and growing a team of sales representatives, including training, mentoring, appraisals and managing sales targets.
* Working on sales strategies and growth for the region and team.
* Working with a network of distributors and farmers.
* Working in an advisory capacity.
The ideal candidate will have a;
* Strong technical knowledge (FACTS qualification is essential).
* Sales background working within agriculture.
* Team management experience.
* Excellent knowledge of the local market.
