Architect – Residential/Industrial

A multi-disciplinary architecture firm in Stratford, London is looking for a highly qualified BIM Architect to join their outstanding team.
The firm has executed projects spanning in scale from single residences to major commercial estates in a range of industries, including residential, business, education, and leisure. Design excellence, sustainability, and commercial realities are all priorities for the studio, always striving to add value to our clients' buildings by designing them well and anticipating changes that will affect how they are used over time.
The ideal Architect will be extremely technically minded and have previous experience within the private residential and/ or industrial sector. Recently qualified architects will be considered so long as you are accustomed to completing detailed packages and proficient in REVIT and crucially have a thorough understanding of UK building regulations.
Architect Requirements:
ARB/ RIBA qualified Architect – Essential
Proficiency in Revit with a well-presented portfolio that showcases your technical skills
Strong working knowledge of BIM
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with visual presentation skills
Broad experience in the production of technical drawing/detailing packages
Solid understanding of standard UK Building regulations
A proactive attitude and ability to manage own time
