About Us:

This RIBA chartered practice is based in Hertfordshire, established in 1982 with a strong and sizeable team of 50 made up of Architects, Technicians, 3D Visualisers and more. Working across all RIBA stages from feasibility to completion and beyond, they specialise in commercial projects alongside some high-end private residential projects. A recent aesthetic overhaul of the office and merger with another large practice has created an enjoyable and bustling workstyle with plenty of structure and opportunities for ambitious architectural professionals.

The opportunity:

This is a great opportunity to support the growth in the main Hertfordshire office and drive the overall business forward by becoming an influential senior member of the team and projects overall. Working closely with other architects, projects teams, clients, and contractors to lead projects from inception through to completion. In addition, managing client relationships, manage full detailed drawing packages and acting as mentor to junior members of the team.

What are we looking for in a member of the team?

ARB registered and Part 3 qualified

*

Previous experience of running projects, liaising with clients and contractors

*

Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit

*

Exposure to both Commercial and Residential projects

*

Experience in managing all RIBA Stages

*

Passionate interest in architecture and progressive mindset

*

Excellent communication, design, and technical skills
