Award-winning multi-disciplinary Architecture practice seeks an ambitious and career-driven Chartered Architectural Technologist to join their talented team in Central London.

An outstanding opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and experienced Architectural Technologist to become an important part of this company and deliver on a variety of exciting projects – predominantly on large-scale Residential projects.

Ideally, we are looking for a suitably qualified Architectural Technologist with at least five years practical experience within the UK Architectural industry. Working on both national and international projects, the Architectural Technologist will be required to call upon their strong technical background to assist with the technical delivery team and gain valuable job running experience.

REVIT is the main software package used within the practice so would be a highly essential attribute for you to have – Architectural Technologists with previous BIM experience will also be looked upon favourably.

Architectural Technologist Requirements:

A degree in Architectural Technology or equivalent
Demonstrable experience operating upon large-scale Residential projects
High proficiency with the use of both AutoCAD, REVIT & NBS
Confident job runner with previous project delivery experience
Broad experience in the production of technical drawing/detailing packages
An awareness of standard UK Building regulations
Confident in coordinating and liaising with other consultants
Experience of liaising with local authority planning departments
A flexible and positive approach to working with a team or autonomously
